It’s Avalon! Well, ok, it’s Avelox. Close enough. I hope it will make this bronchitis drift away into the mist like Avalon or Camelot, at least.
I could have sat her just feeling sorry for myself. Then I found out a blogging dog’s human dad, Klaus, died today. Oh yeah, I have no reason to feel sorry for myself, really. Sometimes I need a reality check, and boy that was a big one.
So I think I’ll ship whining that I’m dizzy and hurty and coughing. I’ll just crawl back Under the Bed and cry some for Klaus.

I hope that you feel better very soon, Immi!! I’ve been sick in bed all weekend long with the crud. It seems like my antibiotic doesn’t want to work very fast. Amoxicillin….ugh..I should have gotten a stronger one.

Lots of buggies are resistant to amoxicillin which is why it takes another antibiotic to work. Avelox is a new one I hadn’t heard of. Get well soon Immi so you can finally have that knee surgery.

Chunks – Ick. I second what Mog says about it. I’m allergic to it tho (i hate hives and a closing throat) so they don’t try to give it to me.
Mog – I’d never heard of it either. Avelox is a fluoroquinolone antibiotic in the same family as Levaquin, if that tosses a clue over.
Jena – Oh yeah, rough month. But not as rough as my friend’s.

And while I appreciate you’re reading blogs about dogs and its very sad for the poor doggy and his human family that the dog dad died (try saying that a few times in a row!), perhaps you should be perving/surfing stuff that makes you feel good?

Svasti – Ya, after 2 months of being down for the count with one thing or another, I’m short on patience. I’m going to have to be a stretch worse not to stop by to give sympathy to a friend’s family when the husband dies, though. Perving on it? LOL What a concept!
